Arrowhead Grill Marks Arizona Restaurant Week with Special Flair
Glendale, AZ, September 22, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Arizona foodies and fans of Chef Charles Schwerd have another reason to visit the west Valley's best steakhouse, Arrowhead Grill, in September - Arizona Restaurant Week.
The week-long celebration of food, which runs from Sept. 17-25, offers a special prix fixe menu created by Schwerd which costs only $30 per person and includes some of Arrowhead Grill's best dishes.
The three-course meal begins with a choice of four dishes, including a Caesar, house or chopped salad as well as Arrowhead grill's delicious clam chowder.
For the main course, Schwerd has selected some of his most popular dishes for Arizona Restaurant Week. Patrons can choose from Arrowhead Grill's signature Delmonico, a smoked rack of ribs, fire roasted chicken, macadamia-crusted sunfish, salmon or Schwerd's latest entree, a sumptuous pork porterhouse.
The third course offers creamed spinach, creamed corn, maple mashed sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes. Dessert is offered at an additional charge and tax and gratuity are not included.
"Arizona Restaurant Week is a great excuse to get out and try new dishes, new flavors and new restaurants," said Schwerd, who recently celebrated the third anniversary of his restaurant. "We love the event because it gives us a chance to introduce our food to new people and allows us to re-connect with our dedicated regular patrons."
