CRO is a local non-profit dedicated to removing obstacles that prevent elementary-aged children in neighboring Cliff's communities from reaching their full potential. The philosophy of CRO is simple: They seek to find an immediate way to fulfill the basic needs of children, including food, shelter, clothing, utilities, medical and dental needs, and more. Partnering with principals and counselors at elementary schools, CRO serves five elementary schools within the South Carolina Upstate.
