Access Self Storage’s Boot Scootin’ Benefit Brings in $1500
Lancaster, TX, September 25, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Lancaster residents successfully scooted their boots at Access Self Storage’s first annual Boot Scootin’ Benefit earlier this year. The event, which brought in $1500 for the Lancaster Education Foundation and the Lancaster Outreach Center, was designed to give neighbors the chance to make a difference in their community in a fun environment fit for the whole family.
Visitors were treated to entertainment by DJ Bill Nash with BeDazzled Entertainment, a fighter jet flyover, and a wild west shootout. The Boot Scootin’ Benefit was sponsored by a number of local business, who donated jewelry and supplies to Access Self Storage for the event. Attendees had a blast bidding against each for baubles, all in support of their community.
Vivian Chastain, owner of Bienvenidos restaurant, donated food for the event.
The success of the Boot Scootin’ Benefit has ensured its return next year and Access Self Storage Owner Doug Hunt is already considering reprising the event at his other DFW-area facilities.
