Laser Spine Institute Health Information Manager Named to Erwin Technical Center Advisory Board
Mary Mayer Supports Local Vocational-Technical College’s Medical Coding and Billing Program.

Mayer established a medical coding externship with Erwin Technical Center, which is a vocational-technical college, in 2009. The program’s partnership brings medical coding externs to the Laser Spine Institute Tampa facility to work alongside Mayer’s medical coding team for increased learning and utilization of additional resources provided by the facility. In this volunteer position, Mayer will aid in curriculum enhancement and offer program guidance for the college and its future students.
