Andrew Weinstein a Featured Speaker at the 2011 Florida Justice Association Auto Negligence Seminar

Andrew’s presentation, "Current Developments in PIP Insurance Litigation" focused on recent case law interpreting Florida's Personal Injury Protection insurance law including the use of the Medicare fee schedule and the debate over whether it is mandatory or voluntary for insurers to pay claims pursuant to it.
