The Kingswood Pub & Liquor Store to Feature Rare Craft Tequilas

Vancouver, Canada, October 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Kingswood Pub & Liquor Store has received a very limited supply of rare handcrafted Voodoo Tiki Tequila. The single barrel, small batch award winning tequila is available for tasting in their newly remodeled pub, while the artesian bottles crafted from Mexican bubble glass and featuring a three dimensional Tiki Idol inside every bottle, are available for purchase in their retail liquor store.

Owner operated, the Kingswood Pub & Liquor Store features a full lunch dinner and snack menu, bar service combined with the convenience of an attached liquor store. On the Pub side a modern design with hints of the rich Kingswood history greet customers with a cozy feel. Fireplaces and an array of video screens decorate the walls. The bar and liquor store feature perennial favorites, as well as the latest libations BC has to offer including many small batch and handcrafted offering otherwise unavailable in the area. Live entertainment regularly including Tuesday's live bands and karaoke two nights a week, and a hilarious "Ugly Sweater" karaoke contest that is not to be missed.

Voodoo Tiki tequilas feature notes of sweet agave, vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, dark chocolate, and brandy, without the burn or rough finish which is synonymous with other tequilas. 100% Blue Agave Voodoo Tiki crafted tequilas, Platinum Voodoo Tiki maintains the herbal sweet taste of the mature agave with a light pear finish. Voodoo Tiki Reposado is carefully and lightly aged for up to one year resulting in a sweet vanilla like taste with a light brandy finish. Añejo is aged a minimum of one year resulting in a caramel, butterscotch and dark chocolate with soft cognac style taste and finish. All aged Voodoo Tiki tequila is uniquely aged to taste, never color. Voodoo Tiki Desert Rose Prickly Pear infused tequila is the World's first and only prickly pear infused tequila, used to make the popular Prickly Pear Margarita. Standing over two feet high the 2011 Coleccion Privada de la Familia is hand painted with day of the dead artwork in honor of the October 2011 release. The back and sides features mayan doomsday storytelling. The Coleccion Privad de la Fmailia is extremely limited to only 1,000 signed and numbered bottles per year.
