Holiday Fund Raising Project for Children in Need: Spread The Love
Spread The Love is a fundraising project for children without a family. The love is "spread" in two ways. First, the buyers can send beautiful wallet size poem cards to their loved ones to let them know they care and think of them. Second, Spread The Love helps orphans celebrate the holiday this season: all profits from the sales are donated to local organizations.
Hayward, CA, October 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Spread The love is a new project with two goals in mind:
- Help bring a little sparkle in the life of children in need in the Bay Area for the Holiday season, and
- Develop a nice way for customers to tell their loved ones that they will always be in their heart and in their thoughts.
Spread The Love is selling simple wallet size poems presented on a wallet size inspirational card that is signed in the back with the customer's name (there is a "to" and a "from"). It is inserted in a pocket fold note card and envelope, ready to be mailed out. The person receiving it can easily remove the poem card and slide it in their wallet or purse, as a constant reminder that they are always in the thoughts of person who sent the poem. The price for these cards is only $6.00.
The purpose of this project to help children in need in the Bay Area. Spread The Love will use all profits from the sales to buy gifts for the kids in local residential care and foster homes as well as organize Holiday celebrations for them this season.
It is sad to see how poverty is hitting young families and kids so hard, and Spread The Love is hoping this project will make a little bit of a difference for unfortunate children.
