Haze and Rhodes-Ford will discuss the rights and obligations of employers during the discussion and Gutke and Whitmire will speak to the needs and rights of employees.
Discussion topics will include the enforcement of dress code and appearance policies; language preferences; religion in the workplace and the observance of holidays; tip issues with salaried and hourly employees; current top complaints for employers and employees; and helicopter parents attending interviews and negotiating pay for their children.
