The Select Group Named Among TBJ’s Best Places to Work
The Select Group, a full-service recruiting firm specializing in the placement of technology, engineering and executive-level positions, has been named a 2011 Best Place to Work by Triangle Business Journal.
Raleigh, NC, October 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Select Group, a full-service recruiting firm specializing in the placement of technology, engineering and executive-level positions, has been named a 2011 Best Place to Work by Triangle Business Journal. It is the second year in a row that the company has earned the honor.
The Select Group was one of 35 companies named to this year’s list, which included four categories: giant, large, medium and small. The company was named among the small-companies category, which includes businesses with less than 50 local employees. Selection was based on an employee survey process conducted by Quantum Market Research. Selected companies met a threshold in employee participation in order to be eligible for the award.
“It’s an honor to be recognized as one of the best places to work in the Triangle,” says Sheldon Wolitski, the company’s founder and CEO. “It’s especially significant to us because a large part of our selection was based on feedback from our people. At The Select Group, our people make the difference. Their hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence make our company what it is.”
This year’s winners will be featured in Triangle Business Journal’s Oct. 7 print edition and will be honored during a ceremony the same day at The Embassy Suites in Cary.
“These awards are a testimony to the good work done by businesses in the Triangle that recognize employees are a company’s most valuable assets,” says Bryan Hamilton, publisher of Triangle Business Journal. “The emphasis on keeping workers happy and productive is clearly evident among these 35 winners.”
