Inventro Creating Jobs by Reducing Entrepreneurial Risk
Inventro announces new business development program that specializes in turning entrepreneurship into a profession.
Salt Lake City, UT, October 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- A writer for CNN, Amitai Etzoni, recently wrote, “Heidi Shierholtz of the Economic Policy Institute predicts that ‘many factors are pushing against a quick recovery. ... Things will come back. But it's going to take a long time.’" No one wants to face this harsh reality, but America’s economy not going to improve over night.
However, recently in the Harvard Review Maxwell Wessel and Neil Khar proposed a unique solution targeted at fixing America’s economy. They proposed, “The only way to sustainable job creation in the United States is to facilitate the formation of new high-potential startups by reducing the risk of entrepreneurship. We can reduce this risk by: reducing the upfront costs of starting a business, providing educational and mentoring resources along the way, and lowering the cost of failure.”
Unknown to them progress was already being made on implementing this solution in the form of Inventro’s Business Development Program; which specializes in turning entrepreneurship into a profession. When we asked Brian Pachucki VP of Communications how Inventro does this he responded, “Once an entrepreneur’s business idea is funded by Inventro we will provide them the following benefits: a three year employment contract worth $180k, full medical benefits for a family of four, three weeks of paid vacation per year, and a dedicated 401(k). This way if the start-up is one of the many casualties that don’t make it, our entrepreneurs can walk away with their head held high and valuable experience gained.” Inventro’s Business Development Program is currently on pace over the next five years to launch 3,600 new businesses and create 90,000 new jobs.
