Eos Group is Awarded Second Consecutive Contract with the National Park Service

Scottsdale, AZ, October 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Eos Group is pleased to announce it has been awarded a second consecutive 5-year contract to provide operations and maintenance support to the National Park Service (NPS) Cost Estimating Software System. Eos Group will provide the NPS Facilities Maintenance Division with enterprise cost estimating system support through the base period and subsequent option years.

As it has done since 2001, Eos Group will support enterprise cost estimating system applications including Eos Explorer Extended, Eos Advisor, Sage Timberline Estimating, and a collection of custom applications. The contract includes maintenance and enhancement of the enterprise-level integration between Sage Timberline Estimating and IBM’s Maximo Asset Management software. The platform for the integrated solution is Eos Explorer Extended, the most powerful and widely used estimate management platform in the market today. Eos Group will continue to provide the NPS with the ability to create accurate and defensible estimates from historical and industry-standard RSMeans cost data.

Eos Group will continue to serve the NPS as a trusted advisor. NPS relies on Eos Group for expert cost estimating guidance and support for 2,700 users at 450 park units that have created over 275,000 cost estimates in support of facility, maintenance, and repair operations. “We take great pride in supporting the NPS.
