Ghosts, goblins, witches and warlocks are invited to the Scottsdale tattoo shop from October 17-31 to get their $31 tattoo.
Patrons can choose from spooky Halloween-themed tattoos or something more traditional. The quarter-sized tattoos will be applied by EZ Tattoo's experienced and talented tattoo artists.
Body piercings (excluding surface and genital piercings) will also be offered for $31 each. The piercings include standard jewelry and aftercare.
