Brookhaven Academy Launches Allen, Texas’s Only Gifted & Talented Trilingual Pre-Kindergarten Program
The Gifted & Talented Trilingual Pre-Kindergarten Program reflects the school’s focus on transforming early childhood education.
Allen, TX, October 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- In a move to better serve the increasing needs of families seeking high quality preschool education for their gifted children, Brookhaven Academy today launched the region’s only gifted & talented trilingual (Chinese, English, and Spanish) pre-kindergarten program.
Why gifted & talented trilingual pre-kindergarten?
While most public or private primary and secondary schools usually have programs for gifted & talented children, finding help to identify and nurture early childhood age children can be more of a problem since there are only few gifted and talented pre-kindergarten programs available in the country. Brookhaven recognizes the importance of having a gifted & talented pre-kindergarten available to children in the Allen, Plano, and McKinney areas.
According to Dr. Steven Barnett of the National Institute for Early Education Research, investing in high quality pre-kindergarten can yield high return and pro-growth.
