Atlanta, GA, October 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Acclaimed author and event planner Sherry Y. Smith is already known for her work in the love and relationships field. Now, as event coordinator for Meet Me In The ATL, she's turning her years of experience and knowledge into a weekend of networking and friendship.

Meet Me In The ATL is an annual reunion weekend in Atlanta, GA, where friends from across the US with a prior imprint in Atlanta (college, career, hometown) gather for networking and catching up with old and new friends. The weekend will include a meet and greet, seminars, bowling, and more, and promotes the cementing of lifetime friendships.

Having spent many years as an Atlanta resident, Ms. Smith has a loving relationship with the city known simply as "ATL." While raising her daughter there, she obtained her master's degree, published a singles magazine, Assorted Chocolates, and toured with her love and relationship expo, "It's A Love Thang!" She is also the author of Bedroom Pleasures...40 Ways Men Succeed in Bed. Although currently residing in Los Angeles while pursuing her doctorate, Atlanta will always be Ms. Smith's second home.
