Benjamin J. Robles, Jr. is honored as Class President at NADA Headquarters.
Bartow, FL, October 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Benjamin (Benny) J. Robles Jr., Used Car Manager of Bartow Ford Company, graduated from the prestigious NADA Dealer Candidate Academy in McLean, VA on August 12. Benjamin was honored as Class President at a graduation ceremony held at the Westwood Country Club in Vienna, VA.
The Academy is the premier management education and training center in the U.S. for current and future automobile and truck dealers and managers. Led by NADA University, a division of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), it is designed to build business performance, leadership skills and customer service in all areas of the dealership.
Nominated as class president by his peers, Benny Jr. was among a select group of 26 dealers and managers nationwide to graduate from the Academy in this class, following 11 months of intensive classroom and in-dealership training.
Working at Bartow Ford for over 20 years, Benny Jr. started out washing cars, advanced to lot porter, then salesman and for the last 4 years as used car manager. A future owner of Bartow Ford, Benny Jr. stated, "Out of all the training and education I have received this was the best. I learned all about the different facets of the automobile business, but most importantly I learned how to carry on the Bartow Ford family legacy; so we can serve our customers even better."
Benny Robles Sr., President of Bartow Ford, added; "Benny has worked very hard these past few years learning the importance of critical decision making and how to manage various departments. But the journey of watching him mature as a leader and father is a proud one."
