The So Cal Group Celebrates a Third Successful Year in Business
The So Cal Group celebrates its third successful year in business and is expecting further expansion in 2012.
Orange, CA, November 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Southern California Group, Inc., an outsourced sales and marketing firm based in Orange County, recently celebrated its third year of business, capping another year of expansion and growth.
Since opening its doors in September of 2008, the company has grown from 10 employees to over 100, while expanding into Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco on campaigns for well-known Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. The So Cal Group has successfully been able to penetrate the small business market in each expansion locale, and have brought their clients thousands of new quality customers over the past three years.
“We feel very fortunate about our early success, but also feel that we have a great deal more to accomplish. We have great clients, a very talented team, and set our bar very high,” said the company’s President, Tedford Picha.
The So Cal Group attributes much of the company’s success to their Leadership Development Program, which focuses on practical leadership training, as well as employee development and business education.
“Our people have always been the key to our success. We have never sought after great employees, but always look to bring on and partner with leaders who are motivated to continue growing and developing,” Picha said.
The Southern California Group plans to expand into another location in Los Angeles by the end of October and to several other West Coast markets by the end 2012.
“We are very confident and extremely excited to be moving into our fourth year with so much momentum,” Picha said.
