Brian A. Bolton has joined the Thompson & Knight as an Associate in its Real Estate and Banking Practice Group in Dallas.

Bolton focuses his practice on real estate and lending matters. He represents purchasers, owners, and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and development of a variety of types of improved and unimproved real property. Bolton also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with lending transactions secured by real and related personal property. He received a J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2005 and a B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 2001. Bolton joins Thompson & Knight from Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP in Dallas.
