NYC Nursing Home Network Centers for Specialty Care Group Holds Free Fallfest Event at Waterfront Location in Buffalo
Centers for Specialty Care Group, a long and short term rehab network in New York State, is holding a free festival at the Waterfront Healthcare Center in Buffalo and is encouraging citizens to attend and get to know the company.
Buffalo, NY, November 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Centers for Specialty Care Group - a long and short term rehab network available online at http://www.CFSCGOnline.com - is encouraging the citizens of Buffalo to attend its free Fallfest on Nov. 7, 2011 at the Waterfront Healthcare Center.
Designed to help Centers for Specialty Care Group reach out to the local community, the free event will feature children’s rides (including pony rides), a petting zoo, snacks, and arts and crafts activities, among other exciting perks. The event will run from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Waterfront Healthcare Center, which is located at 200 7th Street in Buffalo, N.Y.
“We want to show the people of Buffalo how much we appreciate them welcoming us into their community these past few months. Our long and short term rehab facility has already made a difference in many patients’ lives, and we’re using this opportunity to reach out to their friends and neighbors as well,” said Kenneth Rozenberg, CEO of Centers for Specialty Care Group.
The Waterfront Healthcare Center offers a wide range of short-term medical services, including rehabilitation after injury or illness and 24-hour nursing care service from registered nurses and certified medical assistants. The facility features a friendly, bilingual staff complete with skilled physicians; physical, occupational, and speech therapists; nutritional counselors; and social service experts. For added coverage, the Waterfront Healthcare Center also offers dementia care and IV therapy.
The Fallfest event is the first of its kind since the Waterfront Healthcare Center joined the Centers for Specialty Care Group family back in August, but it is in good company with the other community-oriented events the network has recently sponsored. Just last month, the NYC nursing home network hosted the opening of a new shul in connection with the Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a long and short term rehab facility located in Brooklyn, N.Y.
“We want to get to know the people of Buffalo, and in turn give them a chance to get to know more about us and our rehab centers in New York,” said Jeremy B. Strauss, Executive Director of the nursing home therapy group.
