DFW AMA Teaches Marketing Professionals the Importance of Customer Service

Dallas, TX, November 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The DFW American Marketing Association (DFW AMA) will host “Lead with LUV: A Different Way to Create Real Success” on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 11:15 a.m. at Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas. Marketing professionals will learn how Southwest Airlines has made its employees understand they are in the customer service business but happen to provide airline transportation.
