Simon brings more than 12 years of experience as an eDiscovery customer support and technical services expert, and has previously worked as Client Services Manager for CT Summation, now AccessData Group, and as head of IT for Foley & Bezek, a Southern California law firm. Simon’s responsibilities include creating and sustaining an environment that provides superior service to all of Nuix’s clients. He has been instrumental in gaining additional consumer insight and fostering consumer relationships. Having worked in various engineering, QA and technical support roles since 1994, Simon brings an advanced skill set to his position, as well as unmatched technical knowledge to Nuix.
