The first is an Invoice Management design for a global medical devices company as part of phase 1 implementation. The project will include implementing the vendor management software in Germany, Switzerland and other European countries as part of the company's plan to optimize and streamline its Global Accounts Payable processes.
The second is an Invoice Management with ICC implementation project in Spain for one of the top 3 cement and concrete companies for the construction industry. This project is a follow up to the success of last year's implementation in Mexico and Central America.
