Sergeant Major (retired) Watts is a native of Sumrall, MS, and enlisted in the United States Army in July, 1987 as an Infantryman and later reclassified into a Logistician. He is proud to have coached, trained and mentored numerous service members throughout his career. His civilian education achieved while on active duty includes an Associates of Arts Degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Management from Austin Peay State University, and a Master of Science Degree in Management of Technology from Murray State University.
