Justina McCaffrey, Inc. Appoints New Chief Executive Officer

Toronto, Canada, November 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Justina McCaffrey, Inc (JM, Inc.), announced today the appointment of Gregory C. Woodward as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Woodward, is principal owner of IMR, LLC., a U.S-based holding company that has agreed to acquire a 30% stake in Justina McCaffrey, Inc (JM, Inc) earlier this month. “There is a clear cross category growth opportunity with this brand and I am delighted to be a part of it. To have the expertise of a top international designer with 20 -years experience in all aspects of design, production manufacturing and marketing was an important consideration in this decision,” stated Woodward.

JM, Inc., retained IMR last June to advise with corporate strategy following the restructuring of the brands’ operating company, primary factory and retail channels. JM, Inc’s design office will remain based in Toronto with its operating company in the U.S.
