Washington, DC, November 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Be Empowered, LLC is today announcing the release of a new book that effectively addresses the major needs and concerns of women suffering with self-esteem issues.

The book, The Courage to Be Yourself: How to Be a Powerful Confident Successful Woman is now available on Amazon.com.

“Besides tackling the issue of self-esteem, the book also shows people how to solve some of their biggest problems relating to family, money, careers, relationships, health and wellness, so they can live happy, fulfilling and joyful lives,” said Njideka N. Olatunde, Creative Empowerment Strategist (CES) and owner of the website, Be Empowered, LLC.

According to Njideka, woman every day around the world are suffering with an “untalked about” or even medically recognized emotional health syndrome LSE (Low Self Esteem) and LSW (Low Self Worth). “I want to bring awareness to women worldwide about how we can overcome this health syndrome and live meaningful and happy lives even in an unhappy world,” she said, thus giving a basis for her writing the book.

She argued that because this is an emotional health problem that is not being discussed as it relates to adults, and more so specifically women, there is not enough information out there to address the issue for women who are the caretakers of the children suffering with self-esteem problems.

The book, The Courage to Be Yourself: How to Be a Powerful, Confident Successful Woman, is also an outgrowth of Njideka’s The Feminate Factor Educational System, a training program she offers in self-esteem building for women worldwide.

“Therefore, both the book and The Feminate Factor Education System seek to address the major needs and concerns of women suffering with self-esteem issues, and how to solve their biggest problems relating to family, money, careers, relationships, health and wellness, so they can live happy, fulfilling and joyful lives,” explained Njideka.

One of the major benefits from both book and service, according to Njideka, is that they can be used as tools to empower women to feel good about who they are as women.

“My product and service stands out from the competition because this is a mission of women coming together to create dreams one woman at a time for women with low self-esteem, through training, mentoring and support network services. Our end-result is empowering women to get unstuck, be unstoppable with a new attitude that says ‘I am beautiful, bold, confident, fearless, happy, powerful, sexy and successful.’”
