Centennial, CO, November 09, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Terracare Associates, LLC has been awarded the annual roadway maintenance contract for the Interstate-25 HOT (High Occupancy Traffic) lanes that run through Denver, Colorado. Opened in June 2006, the I-25 HOT lanes are traveled by nearly 300,000 vehicles per month. With a current population of 2.8 million, and a projected growth of 1 million in the Denver metropolitan area within the next 15 years, daily traffic in this corridor is likely to increase.
Under the terms of its new agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), Terracare Associates will be performing road and right-of-way maintenance along with snow and ice control operations along the I-25 HOT lanes section of roadway.
