Triumph Motorcycles Selects BOARD as Their Business Intelligence, Integrated Planning and Financial Consolidation Platform
BOARD is pleased to confirm their latest client, Triumph Motorcycles Ltd, the largest British-owned motorcycle and accessories manufacturer. Triumph Motorcycles has selected BOARD as their corporate platform for Business Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Operational Planning (including S&OP, Cost Modelling and HR Planning), Financial Planning and Financial Consolidations.
London, United Kingdom, November 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- BOARD will allow Triumph to align their systems and provide one version of the truth, replacing a multitude of spreadsheets, modules and silo systems. It will provide a consistent way to report, analyse, consolidate and plan across the business as well as empower business users to analyse reports, dashboards, KPIs and Scorecards etc. Workflow, versioning, scenario and multi-currency capabilities will add governance, auditability and control across this multi-national deployment.
BOARD will manage the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term plans across all subsidiary companies, including sales and margins for each model and product line, overheads, balance sheet and cash flow. It will also produce consolidated management and statutory accounts and provide quality management information at all levels of the business.
After careful assessment of solutions in the market, Triumph chose BOARD thanks to its unique all-in-one Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management platform, together with its ease of use and breadth of capabilities to manage complex requirements.
A representative from Triumph said: “BOARD was chosen over and above other potential vendors because of the flexibility of the solution that has been demonstrated throughout. BOARD fits the Triumph business culture of adaptability and promotes a self service business information ideology.”
Dominic Policella, Managing Director at BOARD UK, added: “It is fantastic to welcome Triumph as a new BOARD customer and is further proof of BOARD's visionary and unique solution. Companies are fed up of having to manage their business on silo systems or so called integrated Business Intelligence solutions which offer little more than modular and disconnected solutions from the same vendor. Our unique integrated solution will provide Triumph with a future proof platform to manage their entire business ranging from Reporting & Analysis through to complex processes such as Budgeting, Planning Forecasting and Consolidation.”
