Hope Hospice Offers Help Through the Holidays

New Braunfels, TX, November 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Hope Hospice is offering a drop-in support group targeted to those who are grieving during the holidays. Every Thursday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm beginning on November 10 and continuing through January 12 will be a different program with no registration necessary. Participants should arrive at Hope Hospice’s 611 N Walnut Avenue office in New Braunfels 10 minutes early and may call Julie at 830-358-5300 with any questions.

Hope’s decades of providing bereavement support to grieving individuals and families puts the organization in a unique position to recognize that the holidays can be especially difficult. Everyone’s grief experience is different. For some the first holiday with their loved one absent may be particularly challenging and others may not struggle until years later. Whether the loss was recent or years ago, all who need a little help getting through the holiday season are welcome. The program will offer participants a variety of helpful coping techniques as well as methods of incorporating the memory of your loved one into your holiday traditions.
