The KENO Micro-Fund Launches a Week of Global Entrepreneurship Activities
The Kid Entrepreneurs Need Opportunities (KENO) Foundation teaches young entrepreneurs business principles and social responsibility
Atlanta, GA, November 17, 2011 --(PR.com)-- On Saturday, November 13, The Kid Entrepreneurs Need Opportunities (KENO) Micro-Fund launched Global Entrepreneurship Week activities with a community service project. Young entrepreneurs volunteered their time cleaning up a stretch of Atlanta highway because they believe that a successful business owner must be a responsible corporate citizen. In addition to the service project, The KENO Micro-Fund has a full week of activities to support Global Entrepreneurship Week.
The purpose of the KENO Micro-Fund is to help young entrepreneurs become successful business leaders and responsible global citizens. With that in mind the activities for the week focus on basic business development training and community service.
Keno Lucas II, a 12-year old kid entrepreneur and his mother Atlanta Business woman Adrienne Lance Lucas founded the KENO Micro-Fund. Keno Lucas was recently featured as a budding celebrity kid entrepreneur in the Entertainment Section of the October 24, 2011 Jet Magazine.

Saturday, November 19: Billionaire Boot Camp from 10 am – 2 pm

Global Conversations a virtual panel will be followed by a Billionaire Boot Camp. The top three selected entrepreneurs will also present their business ideas. The winner of the business plan competition will be announced at the end of the day.
