Mortgage Delivery Specialists (MDS) Successfully Completes SSAE 16 Audit

Pewaukee, WI, November 17, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Mortgage Delivery Specialists LLC (MDS), the premier provider of GSE/Agency Loan Delivery Services, is pleased to announce that it has recently completed an audit of its mortgage loan analysis, servicing portfolio analysis and Agency securitization delivery services. The Type 2 audit was performed by a nationally recognized independent auditing firm for the period April 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011 in accordance with the AICPA's SSAE No. 16.

MDS' Management is committed to preserving the security and privacy of its information and information resources and has developed a set of internal controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. The SSAE 16 Type 2 Audit, the newest standard in third party service organization audits, provides an independent, third party verification of management's assertion that a service organization's policies and procedures are correctly designed and operating effectively throughout a specified period in order to achieve the specified control objectives.

Kent Loehrke, MDS' owner and founder, affirms MDS' commitment to annual audits. "We dedicate part of our annual budget to reviewing, updating and auditing our information security policies, processes, standards and procedures. Completing a third party audit is an integral part of ensuring that we maintain a secure environment that safeguards our clients' information and identifies any issues that need to be remediated," said Loehrke.

Following this rigorous examination, the service auditing firm was able to issue an unqualified opinion regarding each of the areas described above.

About SSAE 16

As of June 15, 2011, SSAE 16 superseded SAS 70 as the audit standard for service organization auditors. SSAE 16 was adopted by the American Institute of Certified Public Auditors (AICPA) in an effort to establish a more uniform reporting standard.
