Infor ERP SyteLine Provides Company-Wide Visibility to Manage Rapid Business Growth and Improve Customer Service

Atlanta, GA, April 26, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Infor today announced that Denman Group Ltd, a contracting and facilities maintenance company which installs and maintains refrigeration equipment for major retail chains across the UK, has chosen Infor ERP SyteLine, integrated with Field Service Plus (FS+), for 300 users. The industry-leading solution will provide real-time visibility across Denman’s entire business operations and extends this functionality to its field service personnel.

SyteLine and FS+ will increase efficiency throughout the organization by replacing the existing multitude of spreadsheets and databases on which Denman’s business information is currently based, delivering data to desktops and mobile devices.

Due to be implemented in May, SyteLine will cater for all business processes ranging from the initial customer quotation through to the configuration and installation of a client’s specific refrigeration needs, as well as subsequent maintenance. FS+ will also enable Denman’s mobile field personnel to manage customer information in real-time, regardless of location. The comprehensive business intelligence capability will also provide all managers with a real-time ‘dashboard’ view of the business.

Additionally, the solution incorporates engineer scheduling and diary management, management of client-by-client Service Level Agreements, project management and costing on installations and workflow.
