Dallas, TX, November 17, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Eartha Wang, licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and co-founder of Oyezz Real Estate, has formalized her short sale expertise by obtaining the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) certification from the Distressed Property Institute as well as the Sale and Foreclosure Resources (SFR) certification from the National Association of Realtors.
Oyezz has been handling short sales in North Texas since 2006. Individually, Wang closed more short sales in the Dallas-Fort Worth market during all of 2010 and the first quarter of 2011 than anyone else in the region, according to sales figures from the North Texas Real Estate Information System (NTREIS), the Multiple Listing Service for North Texas.
