Gregory B. Perry is Chief Operations Officer of Hook & Ladder Realty, Inc., of Sarasota, Florida, utilizing his strong sales and marketing background and successful hand-on experience in the daily operations of real estate company. He began his real estate career in 1986 and was licensed in Alaska where he worked with major real estate franchises. He soon established a more equitable structure for the sales force and obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. He acquired his first real estate company in 1992. He was the Founder of Perry Marketing Concepts and Co-Founder of Cutting Edge Fitness Group in the early 1990’s. Mr. Perry has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
