Kelsey Weir Joins Klemchuk Kubasta LLP

An experienced litigator, Weir has represented clients on a variety of legal matters including contract and business disputes, securities litigation, internal investigations, and intellectual property issues in both state and federal courts. She is particularly skilled in managing the electronic discovery process, working with expert witnesses, and taking a case to trial.
