About Angelica Harris
Angelica Harris is an Advocate, Public Speaker, Entrepreneur and Author. Ms. Harris was born in New York and attended Hunter College, studying History and Theatre. She is the Author of 3 fantasy novels, “The Quest for Excalibur,” “Excalibur and the Holy Grail,” and “Excalibur Reclaims Her King.” These books led to the development of the Excalibur Reading Program, a nonprofit educational program bringing love of reading, writing and the arts to children. She has also authored a memoir entitled “Living with Rage.” She uses her personal story to help build a community of domestic violence survivors and to help others find healing. Ms. Harris has partnered with Amnesty International and the Institute on Violence, Abuse and Trauma to raise awareness and support and prevention of domestic abuse. Ms. Harris does speaking engagements, guest blogs and works with victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
