MMI’s Kate Catlin Named National SAVE Ambassador
Raleigh, NC, April 27, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Kate Catlin, account executive at MMI Associates, Inc., a Raleigh-based marketing and public relations firm, has been named a National Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) Ambassador. As an ambassador, Catlin will assist in the development of the National SAVE initiatives and serve as a mentor to current Youth Advisory Board members, as well as take on additional roles to strengthen leadership within the National SAVE Alumni Council, serve as a trainer for the National program, market the SAVE program for expansion, and work as a liaison with potential business/corporate sponsors. SAVE is a student-driven organization that allows students learn about alternatives to violence and practice what they learn through school and community service projects.

Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) was formed in 1989 after a young man named Alex Orange lost his life while trying to break up a fight at a party.
