Richards Private Supply Network (PSN). The PSN allows dealers using ECinteractive to purchase supplies from S. P. Richards (SPR) and also receive electronic acknowledgments from the vendor.

•Auto-Complete in the search function will make searching easier by providing suggested search terms as the user types, similar to the technology utilized by Google
•The new Ink & Toner Finder is a state-of-the-art service linked to an industry-leading ink and toner cross reference service, a technology SPR licensed on behalf of the dealer community in order to provide up-to-the-minute machine matching functionality
