Adrienne Weiner has joined RE/MAX Realty Group in Fort Myers, Florida and brings years of professional experience to the South office according to office Manager Mike McNamara.
Fort Myers, FL, December 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- RE/MAX Realty Group is proud to announce that Adrienne Weiner has joined the Fort Myers South office in November, 2011. Office Manager Mike McNamara states that Adrienne will be a great addition to the South office with her many years of experience in both real estate and in the mortgage banking industry.
Originating from Rochester, New York, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College and a Master of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
While residing and raising a family in Pittsford, New York, a suburb of Rochester, Adrienne began her real estate career working in the mortgage banking industry for a private mortgage banker. From this experience, she gained an understanding of the various mortgage products available to home buyers, transaction structure and documentation requirements. In 2000, she earned her Florida Real Estate Salesperson's license and after moving to Fort Myers in 2001, worked in general residential real estate sales and subsequently as a sales representative for a residential real estate developer selling a variety of new home products. In 2004, she was awarded the Building Industry Association’s Platinum Pinnacle Performer Award for her outstanding level of success and professionalism in new home sales. She earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation in 2005 and obtained her Florida Broker’s license in 2007. In 2008, she founded Weiner & Associates Realty, LLC, a real estate brokerage company focused on representing buyers and assisting out-of-state realtors and their clients interested in purchasing residential real estate in the Southwest Florida market.
Adrienne earned the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) in 2009 and the Real Estate Owned Specialist Designation (REOS) in 2010. Both of these designations provide skill sets that enable her to assist buyers and sellers with the short sale process, foreclosure process and bank-owned properties.
Adrienne is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Realtors Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, The Women’s Council of Realtors and the Lee County Building Industry Association. She is an avid golfer and has played most of the many other challenging golf courses in the area.
