Published by Lulu Press, the book is addressed to both mental health professionals and people who want to conquer their relational problems and make the best of their relationships. "The book presents examples and case studies. It is a practical guide that can help people manage their own and others' relationships," the author said.
The book contains an introduction that explains the main features of relational approach, a guide for therapists briefly presenting the theoretical background and scope of relational therapy, its indications, assessment and therapy techniques illustrated with examples, as well as treatment models for a wide range of disorders. It also contains a case study and a group counselling study.
Dr. Tapu is currently an associate professor of psychology at UASVM. He is the founder of the Center for Advanced Psychology, and honorary president of Relational Therapy Institute. He authored Hypostatic Personality: Psychopathology of Doing and Being Made (Premier, 2001).
