Cornerstone Environmental, Health and Safety Signs MOU with ESRDI of Zhejiang, China
Zionsville, IN, December 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Cornerstone Environmental, Health and Safety, Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Environmental Science Research & Design Institute (ESRDI) of Zhejiang Province. The MOU was signed by Mark Miller, President of Cornerstone, and Chen Zhongda, Director of Institute ESRDI.
“We are extremely pleased with the signing of this MOU. This document is the culmination of over eighteen months of discussion and planning and is an important step in formalizing the direction of our relationship. Through it, we have established a platform to provide knowledge and expertise to ESRDI and its clients in several of our core service areas,” stated Miller.
The MOU lays the groundwork for Cornerstone and ESRDI to expand their business activities in China and the United States by providing consultation and training services for customers seeking or upgrading ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 or other management system implementation. In addition, the organizations will be cooperating in establishing a joint market development team in order to develop new business opportunities with organizations in China seeking to locate in the United States, as well as introductions and support to ESRDI for U.S. companies seeking to locate in Zhejiang.
