Customer service and eCommerce industry veterans will lead eGain Deutschland.

This expansion builds on the success of edgetec, a joint venture between eGain and SCHOLAND & BEILING. edgetec has deployed eGain solutions to power multichannel customer service strategies for market leaders in the eCommerce, retail, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.
