@wiljr Releases First in Series of Small Business Technology Solutions
Series of short stories provide small businesses with technology solutions to support their growth and expansion.
New York, NY, December 12, 2011 --(PR.com)-- A leading marketing and technology company is introducing a series of short stories to help small businesses understand, implement, and manage their internal and external relationships.
The struggle to keep pace with today's technological changes is a complaint heard through many organizations, big and small. However, small businesses find it particularly challenging to leverage today's technology to develop, curate, and manage their employee, partner, and client relationships.
"Relationship management is the number one challenge I hear from nearly every individual and organization I speak with," says William Anderson, Founding Partner at @wiljr. "The challenge is multi-faceted: From internal communications with employees to timely responses to the company's community, building and managing these relationships is critical in today's environment. We're putting these short stories in place to help give leaders ideas to turn these challenges into opportunities."
The first short story, Meet with Ease, provides an overview of a seemingly simple situation turning extremely complex: Scheduling time with prospects across different time zones. The story ends with a potential solution, suggesting the challenge can be an opportunity to work closely with prospects and clients.
The monthly series will continue in January 2012 and will focus on small business opportunities.
