FingerTecUSA.com’s Fingerprint Timeclocks Revolutionize the Way Employers Track Employees Clock In and Out Times
Biometric time clock designer FingerTec USA is showcasing its fingerprint-based time track software, which helps to keep businesses running smoothly and efficiently.
Brooklyn, NY, December 14, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Time clock software pioneer FingerTec USA is promoting its i-Kiosk100 and i-Kiosk100 Plus fingerprint time clocks, available for view and purchase at http://www.FingerTecUSA.com. The i-Kiosk100 systems also function as access control systems, delivering both security and easy employee tracking.
“This step in employee time clock software is a logical move. Old-school card-punchers, and even more recent clock in websites allow too much room for error - whether accidental or otherwise. Our fingerprint time clocks ensure that people are actually clocking in when they say they are,” said Ryan King, a Technical Manager at FingerTec USA.
The i-Kiosk100 door fingerprint lock, available for $700, features a color touchscreen, card reader, and keypad for optional password input, in the event that a fingerprint can’t be immediately verified. The biometric time clock also comes with an antenna, rechargeable LI-ion battery, and touch panel pen.
The i-Kiosk100 Plus fingerprint door lock, priced at $1,190, boasts all the features of its predecessor, but expands on the original design with a wider screen, built-in WiFi, a built-in backup battery, and music and movie playback. It also has a sleeker, slimmer aesthetic.
Both biometric time clock models feature storage of up to 3,000 fingerprint templates and 12,0000 individual transactions, nearly 15 different software languages, the option for over 20 voice/display languages, and a USB port is available for easy data transfer. Also included with both is a DC 12V power adapter to connect the unit to a mechanical lock, as well as a TCP/IP connector, wire connectors, 5pcs RFID card, star screwdriver, and a packet of bolts.
Employers can also set short messages to be displayed for all users or specific workers, a convenient and efficient way to let employees know to stop by the boss’ office as soon as they arrive, or to start a particular project immediately. These fingerprint time clocks, especially when combined with the card reading and password capabilities, also provide the ultimate solution to “buddy punching” and remote clocking in. Employees also have the option to enter “clocking reasons,” to explain tardiness or a long lunch break, or simply to outline their tasks for the day.
“Either model of the i-Kiosk100 fingerprint time clocks would be invaluable to a company of any size. They give smaller companies a sense of professionalism they might feel they’re otherwise lacking, and allow larger businesses with more employees to better keep track of staff comings and goings,” said King.
