Hudson Horizons Launches New Features for Music Website

Saddle Brook, NJ, December 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Hudson Horizons is pleased to announce the recent updates to the Build a Jam website. Build A Jam is a hub for bands, advertisers, and music fans to converge and connect. Dan, the creator of “Build A Jam,” wanted to build a home that would promote growth and creativity.

These added features facilitate Build A Jam as a website for music and artist promotion. Build A Jam has teamed with Hudson Horizons in the past for their web development needs.

A new added feature is the two tier advertising network that was implemented for advertisers to upload MP3 previews that can be attached for download.

“The invoicing and advertising system is a complex two-tier automated advertising system developed specifically for BuildAJam. The new advertising systems offer bands two additional methods to gain revenue for their work. This platform has given any band the opportunity to promote their music and make a few dollars. We are excited to see how the advertising platform will benefit the company and its members,” said Matt Mayernik, VP of Technology.

With this two tier system, bands that have created relationships with advertisers can now attach site-wide advertisements to their music. Build A Jam pays commission to bands participating in advertising through the Pay Pal mass pay system added by Hudson Horizons.

Hudson Horizons also integrated some eCommerce elements such as the Authorize.net Custom Information Management integration. This is a secure system that offers advertisers an automated bill system for stored customer credit cards.

To ensure that payments are going through and the system runs smoothly, a denial management system was also integrated for unpaid invoices.
