Samurai Karate Studio to Offer Zumba Fitness Classes
Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor for Samurai Karate Studio located in Richland Northeast Columbia, South Carolina, recently announced that he was introducing a new Zumba fitness program starting January 5th. Classes will be held Monday and Thursday nights from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
Columbia, SC, December 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor for Samurai Karate Studio, located in Richland Northeast Columbia, South Carolina, recently announced he was adding Zumba fitness classes to his program. The first class will start January 5th.
The classes will be taught by Enid Irizarry, who teaches Zumba classes throughout the Columbia area and is a fully licensed instructor for children and adults. Enid brings a high level of energy, fitness and most importantly, fun, to class. Her goal is to help everyone become fit and develop a passion for Latin music.
"Zumba is one of the hottest fitness programs right now," stated Sensei Feldt. "It's a great exercise, that will help tone your body and improve your cardio, all while have a blast at the same time."
Classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays, from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Classes will cost just $5.00 for an hour long workout. Students are encouraged to bring a towel and water bottle.
These classes are for adults age 16 and up.
