Aptamil to Extend Their Freephone Line to 24 Hours a Day

Aptamil have extended their support services for mums and mums-to-be by offering a 24-hour freephone advice line. The free service will be provided by experienced mums, a midwife and healthcare professionals.

Bath, United Kingdom, December 15, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Baby nutrition expert Aptamil has announced the launch of a new freephone advice service for mums-to-be and mums. Open 24-hours, seven days a week; the free advice service will be staffed by experienced mums, a midwife and healthcare professionals such as feeding advisors and nutritionists. The advice line will cover pregnancy through to toddlerhood.

This new freephone service adds to Aptamil’s range of support services offered through Live Chat, printed guides, website, Twitter feeds, Aptamil baby club (which both offer advice tailored to a specific stage of pregnancy) and Facebook.

Just like the Live Chat service (open 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday), which offers one-to-one expert advice via email and instant messaging, the freephone advice line’s team have years of experience covering pregnancy and parenthood. Livechat itself has proved to be very popular thanks to its ability to deliver private, one-to-one access with healthcare experts, so the team is very excited about the potential for the new service.

Aptamil are committed to providing mums-to-be and mums with free access support, advice and information, whenever and however they want. The personalised style of advice is very much apparent in the Aptamil baby club which provides tailored support and advice from pregnancy through to toddlerhood.

Alongside the advice and support services, Aptamil are also committed to enabling mums-to-be and mums to share experiences and opinions. The baby club, Twitter and Facebook have provided perfect platforms to facilitate and encourage communications between mums.

The freephone service has now launched and can be accessed by dialling 0800 996 1000 and is available to all mums-to-be and mums in the UK.
