Joel B. Huggins is the Director of Public Safety at the Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, South Carolina. Mr. Huggins received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s Degree in Management from Southern Wesleyan University. As Director of Public Safety, Mr. Huggins is responsible for security and law enforcement at the medical center. Mr. Huggins is a member of the South Carolina Association of Polygraph Examiners and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Association. In his free time Mr. Huggins enjoys golf and family activities.
