New Release of Eos Explorer Extended Version 2.7

Scottsdale, AZ, December 16, 2011 --(PR.com)-- New version available immediately with embedded Microsoft Office document editing functionality, independent Project Folder configuration and significant performance enhancements for large data sets.

Today Eos Group made its second Eos Explorer announcement of the year, unveiling the latest version of the Eos Explorer Extended application. Eos Explorer Extended 2.7 introduces a brand new Microsoft Office file editor, which increases supported file types, dramatically reduces load times and now allows editing of Microsoft Office files from within Explorer. This version continues the focus on Project Folder adoption by building out the new Project Folder required field settings, which are independent of the estimate’s required fields.

With the release of version 2.7, Eos Explorer has had many document listing components rewritten to significantly reduce loading large estimate lists in both the Search and the Estimate’s modules. Eos Group is continuing to enhance and develop the application based on strong user feedback with the goal maintaining the leading position as the most complete pre-construction estimate management tool.
