Arrowhead Grill Rings in 2012 with Free Delmonico Steak, AG Burger
Glendale, AZ, December 21, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Arrowhead Grill is celebrating the arrival of 2012 by offering a free signature Delmonico steak with the purchase of one on New Year’s Eve and a free burger on New Year’s Day 2012.
From 9 p.m. until 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Arrowhead Grill will serve the 10-ounce sirloin steak that draws its inspiration from the original steak first served by Chef Charles Ranhofer at the famed Delmonico Hotel in lower Manhattan.
In addition to the Delmonico offer, Arrowhead Grill will offer a complimentary toast at midnight as party goers watch the ball drop in New York City’s Times Square.
The following day, New Year’s Day, Arrowhead Grill will offer a free AG Burger with purchase of one from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. – perfect for watching the day’s early college bowl games.
Schwerd’s Delmonico recipe is the only authentic version served in Arizona. He said chefs for years disagreed about how to prepare the original Delmonico steak until he came across the original recipe in The Epicurean, a complete book on the culinary arts written by Ranhofer. Arrowhead Grill’s steak is based on that recipe.
