Quotes:
“I love working in the career services department at William Peace University, because the intimate nature of the campus offers me the ability to support and challenge students to develop and obtain their goals on a personal level,” said Monroe. “When students can connect their academic experience with a career path, they feel motivated to continue their studies and earn their degree, which is a benefit for the community at large as well as themselves.”
“Kathleen is a strong believer in helping students develop holistically, which will be an asset as we work to retain and grow our graduating classes,” said Debra M. Townsley, Ph.D., president of William Peace University. “She will be involved in assisting William Peace University students with success planning, leadership development, and learning how to manage through transitions and trials, all of which are beneficial skills needed outside of the classroom.”
