Pajeda's Giveaway Gives Texas Residents Grocery Money for the Holidays

Dallas, TX, December 24, 2011 --(PR.com)-- 23 residents of the Lone Star State are $150 richer this holiday season, thanks to Pajeda’s brand snacks and David’s Supermarkets.

Pajeda’s, as part of a year-long Grocery Giveaway contest, spent much of 2011 giving away gift cards at various grocery retailers in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Recently, in true Texas-sized style, 23 David’s Supermarkets helped bring the contest to a big finish.

David’s Supermarkets carry the Pajeda’s snack line and in November each store collected ballots for the contest. From those ballots, 23 lucky recipients had their name drawn and received $150 gift cards to David’s Supermarkets. Most of the prize winners also agreed to have their photos posted on the Pajeda’s website, which can be viewed at www.pajedas.com/grocery-giveaway-winners.

The Grocery Giveaway is part of a 50th Anniversary celebration for Axium Foods, the makers of both Pajeda’s and Fiesta Crunch brand snacks. They’re a division of McCleary Inc. and are located in S. Beloit, IL. They are also a private brand manufacturer.
